Angel’s Sober Shack

I am a mother of four, and my journey has been shaped by the challenges of having one of my children, Angel 20 years old, suffer from substance use disorder. Throughout this experience, I have utilized my TikTok platform to advocate for awareness, harm reduction, and overdose prevention. Even after Angel's passing, I persist in these efforts. Angels Sober Shack marks a significant step towards my aspiration of establishing a non-profit, long-term sober living home program. My objective is to support young adults facing challenges similar to Angel's, addressing the areas where I believe she was let down. Our focus is on love, connection, and positivity, encouraging individuals to meet their loved ones where they are in their addiction, rather than where one might wish them to be. Ultimately, the aim is to keep them alive until they are ready for sobriety. I invite you to join our family as I transform my pain into purpose.
